Definitions

Gp
Group. The groups in New Zealand are Ildhafn (I) and its incipient canton Cluain (C), Darton (D) and Southron Gaard (SG).
Kingdom
The date of the kingdom college of heralds meeting at which the submission was discussed. The minutes for Caidan meetings can be found at http://sca-caid.org/herald/minutes.html. The current Lochacan equivalents are the Battery (internal commentary) and the CAMeL (contains the submissions sent up in the LoI).
LoI
Letter of Intent. The letter sent out by kingdom for commentary by the commenting heralds in all the kingdoms. Contains summaries and outline images of all the submissions that kingdom has accepted and is sending to Laurel that month.
LoAR
Letter of Acceptances and Returns. The letter recording and reporting the final decisions made at Laurel/Pelican/Wreath level after comment from the commenting heralds. These come out monthly, usually at the beginning of the third month after the month of the meetings (for instance, the August LoAR comes out in early November). Slightly after their first release, LoARs are webbed: the index page is at http://www.sca.org/heraldry/loar/.

To do:

Fill in the links to the appropriate LoARs and add comments to record whether the items were accepted or returned.
